Check-in
The check-in service is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Access to the rooms is guaranteed from 2:00 PM. An extra cost of 20 € will be applied for check-ins after 7:00 PM. By communicating your arrival time one day in advance, self check-in will be activated. This procedure will allow you to access your destination independently, and check-in can be done at any time, even outside the reception opening hours, without the need for assistance from the staff. Remember to follow the provided instructions to ensure a smooth experience. Have a good trip!
Check-out
The check-out service is available from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Palazzo Chiatamone provides its guests with a bag drop service; rooms must be vacated before 11:00 AM.
Car parking
Palazzo Chiatamone does not have internal parking facilities; we recommend to our guests Garage Chiatamone , just a 5-minute walk from the property, which has ample parking availability.
