Prices are per room per night and do not include taxes.

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Reservations

Reservations can be made by requesting availability via email at palazzochiatamone@gmail.com or by filling out the appropriate online form on the website www.palazzochiatamone.it

Cancellation and change policy:

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our email address palazzochiatamone@gmail.com or by calling +39 0812481179

It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation without any charge up to 30 days before the arrival date at the property. For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated below 30 days from the arrival date, we charge a penalty amounting to 50% of the cost of the entire stay.

In case of no-show, the penalty is equal to the total amount of the reservation 

Check-in service

The check-in service is active from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Access to the rooms is guaranteed from 2:00 PM.

An extra cost of 20 € will be applied for check-ins after 6:00 PM.

Check-out service

The check-out service is active from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

If guests need to leave the property before the reception has started its service hours, it will be possible to carry out the check-out procedure the day before departure, and the keys must then be returned to our dining room staff present in the structure from 7:30 AM in the breakfast room.
